As a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Holistic Health Coach, & Reiki Master I focus in these areas to help people develop skills and awareness to get healthy or to optimize their health so they can live their most vital and healthy life. I meet people where they are, then using a holistic mind-body-spirit perspective I offer tools, compassion & presence to bridge the divide between where they are now and where they hope to be. There are always ways to feel BETTER

The Heart Center is the culmination of my 2 decades + of trainings, teaching, & practice into a place I could provide wellness offerings to the community in a bigger way. (I previously used a home studio space and only worked with personal referrals). But it's also a place where I can collaborate with other heart-centered, holistically minded providers to yield the best outcomes for our clients. We see ourselves as a hub of wellness resources for the community.
