Title: AM Shift
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Summary of Position:Shift Starts 6 am 5 days a week
Duties & Responsibilities:- Greet guest and provide our steps of service
- Record orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system.
- Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable).
- Set up to include sweeping, mopping, and setting up service stations.
- Maintain dish area and cleanliness
- Prepare side work from side order sheets
- Clear and reset tables in restaurant
- make recommendations and answer questions regarding Menu
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
- Receive and serve food orders to guests seated
- Prep and cook food items to include pastries, Danishes, crepes and egg wraps.
Qualifications:- Be 18 years of age.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 40 pounds.
