    Full Time Loan Manager (Loan Partner II) – Remote Position
    Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 annually (based on experience) + $100-$150 per file bonus at closing + $500 for self-generated leads that successfully close
    Location: Fully Remote
    Schedule: Full-time | Weekly file meetings | Occasional sales training

    About the Role:
    We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Manager (Loan Partner II) to help manage and successfully bring pre-approved buyers who have gone under contract to a timely and smooth closing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with clients, loan officers, realtors, and processors.

    While a Mortgage Loan Origination License is preferred, it is not required.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Loan Pipeline Management: Ensure a seamless process from pre-approval to closing.
    Client & Realtor Communication: Provide regular updates, answer questions, and maintain excellent customer service.
    Contract-to-Close Oversight: Expedite loan application submissions and ensure a 95% on-time closing rate.
    Weekly File Meetings & Training: Attend team pipeline meetings and potential sales training sessions.

    Qualifications:
    Mortgage Loan Origination License (Preferred but Not Required)
    Experience in loan processing, underwriting, or sales assistance in the mortgage industry.
    Strong organizational and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.

    Compensation & Perks:
    Base Salary: $40K - $50K (based on experience)
    Per-File Bonus: $100 - $150 per closed file
    Self-Generated Leads Bonus: $500 per successfully closed loan
