A romantic and magical setting awaits! Chef Neva Justham has curated a romantic 4-Course Dinner + Wine Pairing featuring the freshest local ingredients. (While also including options for those who may have Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten -Free requests!) Each course will be beautifully presented and paired with ThornCreek’s award-winning wines that will intensify the flavor of each course throughout the evening.
First Course + Wine Pairing
Lobster Bisque + Crostini

Wedge Salad + crisp pancetta, cherry tomato, pecorino, black peppercorn-reggiano dressing
Second Course + Wine Pairing
Prosciutto Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Dates

Black Angus Filet + herbed-garlic compound butter, fingerling potato
