We will be offering FREE round table discussions on the third Thursday of every month. Join us with your questions to explore topics that are important to you. Reservations are encouraged but not required.
September 21st - From fear to freedom: Moving Beyond Physical or Emotional Trauma
The body does keep the score: what is the relationship between our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about pain and the actual pain that we feel? If trauma or ‘trapped’ emotions are ignored long enough, they may be somatized and manifest as physical sensations, such as chronic pain, digestive distress or anxiety. While ‘stuck’ or ‘trapped’ emotions can harm our well-being, there are ways to release it. Join us for this discussion on integrative approaches to treating physical and emotional trauma; let our panel guide you with interventions to remove the fear and move into freedom!
