Chef’s Valentine’s Tasting Menu with Wine + Bourbon Immersive Experience
Whether you are sharing Valentine’s Day with a loved one or a group of friends, our Valentine’s Day Food, Wine, and Bourbon Tasting Immersive Experience will be an evening to remember! Neva Justham is preparing a bountiful chef’s tasting menu that is created to enhance the flavors of our food and award-winning wines. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy three interactive tasting stations in our magical Tasting Room, Vaulted Ballroom, and authentic Aging Cellar.
For those who want an individualized tasting of five of our wines, book your private wine tasting in our cozy chilling room with our owner, David Thorn. His extensive traveling experience and 28 years in the wine industry provide guests with a fun, educational, and intimate wine-tasting experience!
Meet with certified Bourbon steward, Justine to enjoy a 3 course top shelf Bourbon tasting that will be located amongst the barrels of our Aging Cellar.
Our wine and bourbon tasting options will make the perfect pre-dinner cocktail hour or end-of-the-night engaging activity!
Wine Tasting Tickets: $5 – Includes one sample glass + complimentary pairing bites
Private Wine Tasting Experience with Owner: $45 per person – Includes private guided tasting of 5 wines + 1 full glass of wine + complimentary pairing bites
Bourbon Tasting is $30 per person – Includes 3 high-end Bourbon tastings + complimentary pairing bites
