Chagrin Valley Wellness Fest is a FREE community event that offers a great opportunity to get information and gain knowledge about practices for a healthy lifestyle, health issues, and more! This event is free to walk around and our members will be offering a day of healthy food, fitness classes, demonstrations and fun events that everyone of all ages and abilities will enjoy.

Taught by Advanced Certified ERYT 1000+ Marni Task, this ALL LEVELS class, will get you grounded for your day and awaken you to your true nature of joy. 
Surrounded by the Forest Ridge Preserve, breathe in the fresh scent of summer and let the sights and sounds of nature revitalize and relax you deeply. All are welcome to practice at your own level and own pace. Bring your own yoga mat, and any props (yoga belts, blankets, blocks) that would support your practice.
