Rachel Kabb-Effron is the owner of the Kabb Law Firm which specializes in elder law and concentrates on Social Security and Veterans benefits.  Ms. Kabb-Effron is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Elder Law Foundation and is recognized as a specialist by the State of Ohio Supreme Court.  Ms. Kabb-Effron has been advocating for elderly and disabled clients on eligibility issues involving Medicaid and other public assistance programs since 1997.  She has been a Certified Specialist since 2006.

The Kabb Law Firm is dedicated to ensuring that seniors are able to live out their lives with dignity. They are one of the few Elder Law firms in the country – and the first in Northeast Ohio – to have a Social Worker (our Care Coordinator) and a Public Benefits Coordinator on staff.
