2016 Holiday Traditions, Holly Hall & Chagrin Falls Ornament
The Holiday Traditions program, presented by Your HomeTown Chagrin Falls is coming to Chagrin Falls for the 2016 Holiday season. Township Hall, on historic Main Street, will be transformed into Holly Hall, featuring visits from Santa, cocoa and cookies, caroling, a festival of mini-trees for silent auction and Santa’s gift shop, along with everyone’s favorite, horse drawn carriage rides. Santa’s Shop is back and filled with delightful gifts, all under $6 - perfect for children who save their allowance and want to surprise a teacher, parents, neighbor, or grandparent with a special gift.
The Christmas train set was graciously donated to Your HomeTown Chagrin Falls by Michael and Elizabeth MacIver of Chagrin Falls. Enjoy the display, complete with village scenes, mountains, ravines, rivers, lakes and bridges. Please bring your children and create new memories, as you relive your own. In addition, 70 mini-trees, on silent auction, will be displayed throughout Holly Hall. Please note that the last day for bidding on the silent auction will be Sunday, December 11th at 2:00 PM.
This year there will be a special children’s raffle, featuring a John Deer 12 Volt Kid’s XUV
Gator that retails for $499.99. It has been generously donated by Chagrin Pet, Garden and Power Equipment. The raffle tickets are $5 for one ticket or three tickets for $10. Tickets can be purchased online or at Holly Hall. The winner will be chosen Sunday, December 18th
at 2:00 PM.
Holly Hall will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, November 25th from 11 AM to 8:00 PM and will remain open every day until Thursday, December 22nd. Holly Hall hours are: Monday through Friday 11 AM to 3 PM and Saturday through Sunday 11AM to 4 PM.
Santa will visit Holly Hall on the opening weekend of Friday, November 25th as well as Saturdays and Sundays through December 18th from 1 PM to 4 PM.
Free horse drawn carriage rides will tour the historic Village of Chagrin Falls, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, on Sundays, December 4th, 11th and 18th from
1 PM - 4 PM. Timed tickets are available on a first come first serve basis, on the day of ride only. Tickets can be picked up at Dazzle…. where a girl can shine! Dazzle opens at 10 AM and is located in Chagrin Falls Shopping Plaza, where CVS is also located. Due to the increased popularity of the rides, and the safety of our passengers and horses, there is a limit of 6 tickets per group. In this way, we can accommodate as many people as possible.
